About MillWorx

Millworx is a 50+ acre redevelopment project on the old Idaho Veneer site in central Post Falls conveniently situated right off of I-90, on the Centennial Trail, and blocks from the Spokane River. It is a mixed-use format where new residences are blended with commercial spaces in a vibrant community where you can go across the street to grab a cup of coffee or dinner, and afterwards take a stroll on the centennial trail to grab ice cream and watch the falls at Falls Park. For those summer days there are 2 marinas within half a mile on the Spokane River, and 3 riverfront parks within a mile. 61 Townhome style condos are currently under development, along with a mixed use area where there is street level commercial with 60 residential units above, and a vintage equipment building is being rebuilt to accommodate a restaurant space.

Our Approach

Architecture Icon

The Millworx design language is contemporary, yet also references to the site's rugged history as a Veneer Mill. Both modern and industrial materials and forms blend to create an engaging urban district.

Interior Design Icon

The condos were professionally designed and each unit type has different design packages so that there is ample variation not only betweem series, but between units. The designs range from high contrast modern to warm contemporary. Similar to the architecture there are subtle nods to the industrial history.

Urban Design Icon
